Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Messages sent over the weekend or on a public holiday will be answered on the next business day. During busy sale periods, replies may take a little longer, but we promise we’ll get back to you.

All About Ava is a proudly online boutique. All of our stock is held, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Greenbank, Queensland, so your order is always sent straight to you with care.
Please note: our Greenbank site is a dispatch and warehouse location only. It is not open to the public for walk-in shopping, browsing or order collection. All sales and enquiries are handled online or by email so we can give every customer our full attention.
