Change of mind returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to offer you a store credit, provided your return is approved and the conditions below are met.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
All change-of-mind returns must be approved before you send anything back. To request a return, email us at customercare@allaboutava.com.au and we'll let you know whether your return is accepted and how to send it to us.
For approved change-of-mind returns, All About Ava will cover the cost of return shipping, and you'll receive a store credit once we've received and inspected your item. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only (not a cash refund).
Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
If an item has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund, a replacement, or to keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in its value. A major problem is, for example, an item that is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or that you wouldn't have bought had you known about the problem.
If the problem is minor, we're entitled to repair the item, replace it, or offer a refund — whichever we choose, within a reasonable time.
These rights apply regardless of our 30-day change-of-mind window, apply even to sale items, and are not affected by the condition or packaging requirements above. You are entitled to have faulty items repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and a failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us straight away at customercare@allaboutava.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Where an item is covered by the consumer guarantees above, All About Ava will cover the cost of return shipping, and we'll arrange a remedy in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale items and gift cards
We don't accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if a sale item is faulty or not as described, your consumer guarantee rights still apply in full.

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for your original item and, once approved, place a new order or use your store credit. Contact us at customercare@allaboutava.com.au and we'll help.
How to start a return
All returns must be approved before sending. Email customercare@allaboutava.com.au with your order details. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Approved returns are sent to us at Greenbank QLD 4124.
