Shipping & Delivery
By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order. We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from Greenbank QLD 4124.
Order Processing
• Cut-off time. Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST (Brisbane time) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.
• Business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
• Busy periods. During sales, promotions and peak periods, processing may take longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia)
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and are measured from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date it is placed.

Free express shipping applies automatically to orders with a goods total over $150 AUD, calculated after any discount codes are applied and excluding the shipping charge itself. If a return or cancellation brings your order total below $150, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from any refund or store credit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customercare@allaboutava.com.au and we will help.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes shown are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the stated timeframes, delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, remote delivery locations and peak periods.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
We want your order to arrive safely. Until your order is delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@allaboutava.com.au (and within a reasonable time of any expected delivery date). Please keep any packaging and provide photos where the item is damaged, as this helps us investigate with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement, re-delivery or refund, consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and an additional shipping charge may apply.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@allaboutava.com.au as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has been dispatched, but once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled in transit. Returns after delivery are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
